Inquests, commissions, inquiries and tribunals

Giving evidence in public, with findings resting on what you say, is a heavy weight. We protect your rights and support you through it.

The Forensic Medicine and Coroners Court Complex at Lidcombe

We act for people involved in Coronial Inquests, including family members and anyone notified by the Coroner’s Court that they must give evidence. We advise on the consequences of your evidence and protect your rights and privileges.

We represent witnesses called to Royal Commissions, help prepare statements, and stay with you through what can be an arduous process.

We also advise and appear for people summonsed to examinations at the NSW Crime Commission and other investigative bodies, and before tribunals such as the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
